It's about company valuation, cash flow projections, break even analysis, profit and loss account and balance sheet oh, because am looking to prep a business plan for the said business idea... E dey burst my balls sha..

And all these am supposed to carry out on a company at the idea stage, which should be started up in say 2 to 3 months time. I already have all info I need about customers, fixed and variable costs, etc.. Do you have an idea about all these?

How do I carry out valuation of a business idea looking to be set up by September?

This business looks to acquire a grant and loan from organizations and probably investors in the future. All sales projections for first year have been obtained, break even analysis calculated (even though some costs here got me confused as to where it will fit between fixed or variable cost), capital equipment costs has been estimated, pre-start up cost has been estimated, customer interviews has been conducted, branding has been carried out, problem and solution analysis has been done, management board ascertained, number of employees determined, etc.

I would have loved to ring or chat you up in a more enclosed space other than here, but if you are comfortable here, it's ok.. Thank you..
