We were talking earlier on today about the
forgiveness of sins, and how Jesus has that
authority, and has given us authority to forgive
sins.
John 20:23- “If you forgive anyone’s sins, their
sins are forgiven; if you do not forgive them,
they are not forgiven.”
if you withhold forgiveness from any it is
withheld. So with that being said God gives us
the authority to forgive others, and if we don’t
forgive them it may keep them in Bondage, and
maybe it will also keep our hearts and minds in
bondage from being in one body and on accord
with them. But to take that further, what about
forgiving ourselves? We know God forgives our
sins, but if we can not forgive ourselves, have
we truly received the full forgiveness of our Lord,
or are we keeping ourselves in Bondage. Forgive
others, so it shall not hinder a brother/sister,
swallow all pride and serve Christ in all things!

Dont take scriptures out of context.
When Jesus said this,he was telling them abt how forgiveness and remissions of sins should be preached in his name,
anyone who believes the gospel will receive the remissions of Sins,
compare that scripture to Luke's account
see Luke 24

Got it, but with that said.
With the Model Prayer, it says,
"forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive
those who trespass against us." I think what
Christ is talking about here is forgiving those
who have done wrong to you. If you forgive
them, they are definitely forgiven be Christ. what do you think?
