No, but this is just a circular. A careful observation of those in copy were NYSC guys (in-house), NYSC can easily adjust it when TT comes out to be Oct. 27 moreover nothing special happens on the 1st day, its more of arrival and registration.


I don't know the venue for Pre-mobilization workshop.
