Some members of the outgone administration of president Goodluck Jonathan have said that president Muhammadu Buhari was out of order by dissolving the board of the Nigerian National Petroleum Coperation(NNPC). Contending that, according to the "petroleum act" the board stood dissolved immediately Diziene Alison Madueke left office, so there is no need dissolving an already dismissed board.
