It is cheaper constructing a helipad than coustructing an open field for chopper landing.
N2million is what is needed to get a helipad while you have to buy a land for an open field chopper landing and then construct,which cost more.

Those of you making noise, have you ever seen a helicopter land in any sandy area in the north, Sahara Desert or the Middle East? When the west want to drop their soldiers, they use parachute. Sometimes they enter the helicopters with lines and eye glasses on.
