U can visit the place anyway and anytime you feel like but preferably during the day time and most especially weekends. A tour guide is always available at the hill resort. They are engaged and paid by the state govt. A fee of 1k per head is collected and negotiable if it's in group depending on your negotiation power. Cab/bus to idanre is available at Idanre motor park in Akure.

I'll be coming from Lagos. Whats d price for accommodation at the resort?

The price if accommodation at the resort is expensive because there are limited rooms. But u can get accommodation outside the resort at 5k/night or in Akure
