It's very simple: if he was born in UK, he qualifies. If he wasn't born in UK, he should be thrown out of the senate. That's the law, and as they say, the law is an ass.

Don't be surprised if some documents filled by same saraki in the past reveal that his place of birth is Nigeria. I know the opposition must be working on this now. In that case, saraki is a goner. Perjury undecided
