the special one is truly special. now i know why. every single call, he picked, every whatsapp message he replied. he made every step of the process smooth. I've picked up my items and not only are they intact to the last piece, they're also good quality ones too as well. the special one is always around to answer every question especially as regards products purchase and shipping in and outs, and even had time for random whatsapp gist. not to mention he's a pleasant fellow with a good sense of humour. i honestly don't know how he manages to keep up everything. when the items arrived on friday, he called to inform me and when i got lost on the way to picking up the items, he was there on phone guiding us there to the pickup point.

he passed the test and has now become our official logistics partner. please expect another order soon, likely next week.
