Who's willing to share a 3-bed with two other people at d Adekunle area of Yaba. D flat has just a toilet and bath. Annual rent is 500k, while agreement and commission is 200k. Total - 700k. Initial payment per person therefore is 233k - (that's 700k divided by 3). Subsequent yearly rent (of 500k) would be 167k per person. I have 2 people on standby already. Looking for a third person. Keziehenry:Oga OGBA and YABA are far apart. 350k will get you no more than a standard mini flat in Yaba. Update your knowledge on property rates and we can take this further. |
