The CBN Governor said he's not bothered about what happens to the dollar price in the illegal market I.e the parallel market. He forgot that the effects on the parallel market have ripple effect in the system.

This our mother-land has lost its everything... So I can't even carry my naira to Benin republic

What most people don't understand is that this is a good development, because it will make Nigeria economy less dependent on foreign currency. Do you know that the increase of dollar in black magic is to caution and cripple people that depend on it, because the interbank exchange rate is reducing and interbank exchange has maximum exchange than black market which has none. This development will force people to be less dependent on dollar and importation, thereby increasing our development and exportation. Right now its only few that can see, soon many will understand when they start to reap the benefit. Countries with good monetary value e.g. Bahrain, ksa, UAE, iran , e.t.c. don't allow ordinary citizen to use other currency to trade, its only there government that trades or mediate trading, which allow them to control their economy. So think and reason before you talk

Let the Presiden make his appointments on time. This is one of the things affecting us at present. He and the few people he has appointed cannot make the change alone. Some truted individuals can also be contacted to detect credible hands across the county. Two good heads are better than one. Good heads are needed in every neccessary departments to effect the anticipated changes. I will be happy if this little advice can be heeded to. Thanks all!

When Jonathan was busy sharing your Dollars just a couple of months back, a lot of his trolls here busy defending him. Now the chicken has come home to roost and when the price of basic commodities go up, all of you here calling Buhari all sorts of names will feel the pain just like everyone else.

One thing we can be sure of is that money will be recovered even from some of you here on Nairaland who collected campaign gratification in Naira and Dollars.

U are being fed with lies. empty treasury with $29b national reserve not even extermal reserve. APC did not refute it. if apc think that gej left empty treasury, they should publish the handover note for public consumption
