Some times I wonder what yorubas define as heroism, some one was given 33,000 soldiers to prosecute operation OAU at the end of the day over 30000 soldiers where dead while a lot were missing with the Nigerian army in disarray with barely 300 soldiers managing to meander their way through the thick jungle relying on the lack of ammunition on the biafran side to escape back to port Harcourt.

All through the duration of the war Adekunle never ventured into the war zone preferring to do his job from Port Harcourt.
how did you know he never ventured into the war front? Were you born then?

How come ibos hate man that never ventured into the war front that killed them?

does that mean he was glued to the ground there? Port harcourt was the base while the war front was the earth of biafra which he captured. Cpturing PH was even the best achievement that led to the fall of biafra cos they couldn't export stolen oil for funds.

This is what war is all about. When you shout war think of your defenceless women and children. Many women would be raped and killed alongside their children. Its war there's no order when men enter into the field of battle. Thas why its called spoils of war.

Say no to war. Any fool beating the drums of war for whatever reason should remember that nobody goes unscathed in war. Someone you know or love will get a bullet to the head ( merciful death) others would die screaming in unimaginable agony.

No war.

Someone was in another city while 90%of the battle took place more than 100km away. How can it be said to be in the war front.

Don't go fight a war you obviously can't win. There is nothing dialogue can't achieve.War is not something you wish your enemy to experience.Israelis and Hamas most recent fight should be an eye opener.Israelis lost only 66 soldiers and 6 civilians while Hamas lost over 2000 and 70% of them were civilians.Defenceless children and women were not spared and that is war for you.We don't want war,We want peace.
