Yes he told me $10 via Ebay message but he has to upload it on the item so i can pay for it together with the shipping cost but he hasn't. The seller is German and hardly even understands my English because he replies me in German. I just use my basic German knowledge understand am. I think you should just go ahead with the Hongkong seller since th estimated time isn't much.
