Payoneer is a great PayPal alternative. PayPal's unethical business practices against Nigeria are damaging economically. I would advocate that people use e payment solutions like Payoneer instead. Interestingly Nigeria isn't even the most fraudulent country in the world like some would like you to believe. The countries that claim we are have a much higher rate of fraudulent crime than we do.
