For that, many of Nigeria's electorate believed that Jonathan's presidency was why Boko Haram persisted and why Chibok girls could not be rescued. Thus, Buhari who was thrice rejected became new president, with his pre-election promise to conquer Boko Haram shortly after becoming president. So what is CNN up to now?

They thought Jonathan would rig himself back into power and so were busy preparing for a parallel govt and blistering opposition.
So seeing themselves in power was a shock too much for them to accommodate, hence the unravelling..

the army is winning the war against boko haram. They do not have any territory under their control now. What they rely on now is gorrila attacks....hit and run.

To counter these kind of attacks require extensive intels gathering. The military is gathering these information and very soon we would see the result. Lets give them time.
