It’s been 35 days since the inauguration of Muhammadu Buhari as President of Nigeria.

Although Buhari is yet to release his ministerial list, he has made key appointments into a few sensitive positions.

Out of the nine appointments made by the President, eight are from the North, while one is from the South.

We’ve compiled a list of the 9 appointments made by President Buhari, thus far.

Acting Chairman, the Independent National Electoral Commission, Amina Bala Zakari.

Director, the Department of Petroleum Resources, Mordecai Danteni Baba Ladan.

Accountant-General of the Federation, Alhaji Ahmed Idris.

State Chief of Protocol, Mallam Lawal Abdullahi Kazaure.

Aide De Camp, Lt.-Col. Muhammed Lawal Abubakar.

Chief Security Officer, Abdulrahman Mani.

Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu.

Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina.

Nice observation, but if I am PMB, I will also like to work with people I know, and I am comfortable with, so long he/she is a Nigerian, irrespective of geo-political zone.

It will be "clueless" for PMB to appoint a "Doyin Okupe" or a "Femi Fani Kayode" to say and do things that will undermine my person and performance.

Besides, what's the ethnicity of those these guys are replacing?
He comot Hausa, replace am with another Hausa, so wetin wrong for there?
