Kindly show us where the Nigerian community in the US invited their senate president, equivalent of major traditional ruler, etc to our independence day even and they showed up personally, smiling like excited kids with new toys and those pictures made the front page of a major US newspaper and/or online forum.

If NOT, it simply confirms that we mentally LAZY black people who have NOT contributed anything of value to current modern life are very much aware of our INFERIOR status to the lowest American or white person.
It shows that we are RACIST against ourselves.

The same way we accept a mixed race person as black because of the "one drop (of BLACK blood) rule"
It is very pathetic and shameful that our leaders and youth think this way.
Very sad!

Reminds me of that picture of a Nigerian police man holding the umbrella for a Chinese construction site worker/foreman. Let me check the internet, maybe I can find it.

Furthermore, it's not surprising that this gesture is not reciprocated by American politicians during the celebration of our Independence Anniversary; apart from South Africa, African nations contribute almost zilch to bring about solutions to myriads of problems affecting humans. So we don't get the respect and recognition accorded some other nations.

Little or no Butterflys, Doves and Fish.

Let us break this zoo to seperate and free the Butterflies, Dove etc from the devouring Beasts.
