The "fool" could be capturing data of the accident if Nigerians were interested in preventing more in the future and one critical data is the make and model of vehicle usually involved in these type of accidents.If a model that is 60% of the vehicle on the road is involved in 90% of the accidents and 70% of such accidents involve a fatality we do have a problem.

Those are just numbers I made up pic show points of failure.
