it happens like this..wrote first jamb 2008, got no admission.. I had to apply for predegree in one of the Nigerian universities... never relented,still sat for another jamb 2009.when predegree admission list came out,I got admission, the school also gave me merit admission because I sat for post utme exam...which I had to accept one being predegree.it was during yr2 I wanted to get my jamb admsn letter I observed that jamb gave me direct admission in one of the federal polytechnic which is the one that reflected on my admsn status.I had to go to one of the state jamb offices,which the director informed me that for it to be corrected online i.e my current school to show on my admission status,I have to go to abuja headquarters.I met another staff there she said she would help me do it manually but it won't reflect online but I would get my original jamb letter which I paid and she processed it after some days...now I have my original jamb letter with my present school and course on it...but the issue is if I still check admission status is the federal poly that's still there..my fears now is I want to know if it could affect my service year as nysc registration is now online..u hv to submit ur reg no. or if it could be a problem at nysc camp during clearance...so as to know what to do now.mind u I have my original jamb slip,school admission letter. pls if u hv had such prob before kindly let me know.tnx

ok,IMO you would still have to go to jamb hq Bwari,because like you already stated,nysc reg is now online,and I think the only time you'd probably need that print out is in camp...to avoid stories that touch just go to abj if you can and rectify it once and for all and do it fast!! I hope this helps

Bro, you don't need to travel to Abuja to get it done. Go to a JAMB office in your state, tell them that you want to 'regularize' your Jamb Admission status. They will tell you the procedure.

I did mine in Kwara state, and the change was effected in less than 10 days.
