Good move. Nigerians will definitely have a cause to smile when PMB finished his scrutiny of what is on ground as to know how things will move rapidly when ministers are appointed.
Change is a process that you must take your time to plan out.
If you rush your self inn, you may not be able to make any difference between what was obtainable before to what you aimed to achieve.
