Actually, what it will give you is approximately 601. This is is because the square root and the factorial weren't placed properly. It will only give you 5 if the square root of 9 is placed in a bracket with the factorial added in front of the bracket

Where did you get your -3 from?

Sqrt of 9 is 3

Square of -3 is 9

Chill bro normally it will result to rationalization of surd and yes when you solve it will give you 12
As far as that divisional line doesn't have anything to do with the first 9
