I don't understand why oil workers and O&G professionals get so defensive at the drop of a hat? You call a meeting and once someone's deficiency is pointed out, maybe a failing regarding safety or knowledge, and they get all so defensive? If you are in this cursed, competitive field you probably know what I'm talking about... And this is especially unnerving when you are a lady and you are asking the questions |
