Don't know about the bolded but the recent actions seems to point in that direction. These actions includes:

- Withdrawal of military checkpoints
- Bombing on daily basis
- No more military action against bokos as our military men seems to have all gone toothless
- Negotiation statement
Also past statements like:
- A fight against bokos is a fight against the north

Don't give me mis-representation by newspapers please! This is no different from how Vanguard reported that Buhari promised to make 1 naira equal to 1 dollar when in fact what he said was to condemn the low naira value.
The interview that was purported to be the source of the "two months" cliam has turned out to be false. APC also later denied that Buhari ever said 2 months. So, why should I believe anything different from what he said with his mouth which was "few months"?
