Here's my NYSC wish list for my state of posting.
*It shouldn't be more than 9 hours from any of my houses
*It must have a functioning airport
*No militants
*No BH
*No tribal fights
*Should have high commercial activities
*Pmp, GMAT, Ielts TOEFL centres

ppa must have

*Stable/Semi Stable Electricity
*Strong etisalat network (I don't want to climb trees or rocks to make calls )
*Potable water must be available ( No fetching cooking water from rivers)
*Be free of cultists and robbers
*Cheap food
*Fine girls to hang out with
*Friendly villagers
