What's killing Amechi is his ganging up with saraki and Altiku against the brain of APC, Tinubu; probably he thought they can all take Tinubu to the cleaners! What is he saying over this landmark judgment which has completely erased his foot in the sand of the history of Rivers State?

Is he not aware that his institutions founded on impunity and abuse of power are crumbling at the speed of light within 41 days of leaving leaving office?

Always in the wrong place when their fates are about to be decided...not that their presence in this regard would have made any difference cos justice would have still prevailed. That is how APC senators went for party meeting while the Senate was getting inaugurated and principal officers elected.

Meanwhile what were Rivers LG Chairmen doing in Abuja? Discussing local govt matters or what? So there's no suitable place to meet in Ph that they had to burn taxpayers money to host themselves in Abuja. So these are the kind of grassroot leaders Amaechi saw to install as his parting gift to Rivers indigenes? And to think there was a court injunction against this election yet he went ahead and with less than ten voters per polling booth announced his APC cronies as winner! Chei! Impunity! Shame on him and his Association of Past Criminals!

That would be descending into the arena of conflict. The court is an unbiased umpire and cannot be judge in its own cause. It ought to be a consequence of this judgment though for the APC and RSIEC to show cause as to why they shouldn't be held in contempt of a subsisting court order. For Amaechi however, not much can be done because the order wasn't against him in his personal capacity as an individual but against the Office of the Governor of Rivers State. He us no longer governor...
