The best swallow, aside pounded yam. Depending on the sweetness of the soup, 4 wraps would suffice.

Depends on the kind of soup to go with it

Draw Soup = 1/2

Egusi = 2

Vegetable with Egusi = 5

Efo Riro = 3

Stew with Ewedu = 1

To be honest sha at least 4-5... grin

...a friend of mine can comfortably take 8wraps at a go...with good draw soup...

This is what we call 6 to 6.

Eat 4 in d morning and till 6 in d evening you are a good to go

maybe to your system? if i eat 4 in the morning i will still manage 2-3 at noon then will take 2-3 in the evening depending work rate after lunch
