Although the out gone governor(Amaechi) tried in his first administration in constructing some roads but most roads in port harcourt are far from being good. The current Governor on assumption in office recalled Julius Berger who left port harcourt during the era of the past administration and has commenced filling pot holes in the whole of port harcourt as another giant company ceecee handling same project. Yesterday, the Governor wooed the support of all the major companies in Onne R/S to collaborate, construct the east west road which is in a very bad condition. Reports has it that work commence tomorrow as the company have been mobilized 50% and the said work is to be completed in two months. Please tell the contractor of East West road to please build a huge interchange/flyover at Rumuokoro. people are frustrated anytime they get to that axis. 1 Like |
