let her take ibuprofen it will kill the pain but she needs to see a dentist.I had the same problem before.

I heard of a leaf in Benin which scents remove the worm by either chewing or removing the juice from the leaf and pouring on the affected tooth.though I don't know the name but I hear it is effective.
