Hello building gurus in the house. There is this plot of land we have had for several years. The area is fast developing and other land owners have started encroaching. I will like to find out how much will be needed to fence the land round to prevent encroachment. The location is waterlogged and I have 300k at hand. What extent can 300k take me? Thanks is anticipation. |
