Superstar Nigerian comedian and Brand Ambassador, Bright Okpocha, who is widely known as basket mouth has received a special honour from the U.S as the city of Houston, Texas holds a Basket Mouth day on 17 of July, 2015 in honour of him. A legal document in respect to this by The Mayor of Houston, Annice D. Parker. He also said that Basket Mouth was awarded the holiday in recognition of his commitment in uniting the communities in the city through his comedies. “The city of Houston commends Basket Mouth for his commitment in bringing our community together through comedy and extends best wishes for continued success,” Parker said.
