The governor placed the ban while inspecting a new road project in Aba, the state capital and Umuahia. From my knowledge detergents can be used to clean pollutions mostly from crude oil and COAL TAR is a product of crude oil thereby resulting in the eating up of the coal tar. Just my opinion though am open to corrections am yet to be a Biochemist |
