Please can someone explain to me how do people make money from real estate, because for me it appears the time to recover your money is way too far, someone can be very old by then. say for example you build six 3 bedroom apartments for 80M naira, and you lease for 1M p/a when do you get this money back, its way to long. |

Real estate is an investment... you dont have to wait... u can use the property to borrow funds and invest in other businesses and run it side by side... ndanieler: 1 Like |
