So I just got an offer with sterling bank as a Direct sales agent, can anyone help me with what d salary is and Whattheir targets are like. I don't know if I should take the job. Pls I want accurate answers thanks landers

If it's thru an outsourcing firm, B. Sc. Holder collects 40,000 naira while Ond holders collect 30,000 naira. The target is 3million in a month, even tho if u dnt bring in 3million in a particular month, you are expected to bring in at least 500,000 naira in a month. But just pray u have a better or nice branch manager or else u go wan die, hope say u get better shoe because u go walk gan ooo. Anyways all the best. T

If its true that you got an offer,the terms,salary package must be stated on your offer letter so I doubt your statement.

Not that I owe u an explanation but for the record I was only sent an assumption letter
