My sister, I am Nigerian based builder, one of my client bought the land at East Legon and he insisted that I must be the one to build for him over there.

As you have said, Nigerians don buy east legon finish ooo, cheapest plot of land over ther is now $ 100,000 to $ 150,000. Cheapest 5 bedroom duplex in that location is $ 2,500,000.

My God provide for us too oooo.
