They should just go straight to the point and tell you they've picked someone else....instead of massaging egos

A friend of mine who got to final stage (Graduate trainee brewer) last year told me, having a masters certificate is d main criteria for this kinda job.. but anyway lets hope there mit be changes this year. I wish everyone that applied the very best. I hope we get called. Time to practise workforce past questions because they willl soon start sending invites.

with ur msc degree, am sure u sud b expecting a success mail. NB is very strict wit d msc base on d fact dat there r many applicants and dy v to screen out some in a way or the other.

well I don't have a Bsc neither do I have a degree but I did not get any regret mail.I guess my little training with Nestle and my C&G certificate is wot made it to be so if I did not receive regret mail.Currently am working in Nestlé as an Industrial Service Engineer.Let me see if they will call me or not.my decision remains pending
