Between Ionic and Mobile-angular, which is the best cross-platform framework? I know jquerymobile is still there which you needs extra plugins to make it load faster as an app and I heard you can use w3.css to create a mobile UI easily though I have not tried it yet. Just want to know btw the two I listed which of them you feel comfortable using as a mobile app developer.

Anjular Mobile isn't fully a framework yet... Ionic Is the Best.

UI is poor (CSS components they use bootstarp) android 2.2 doesn't full support Css 3, For me its still in beta, Ionic is far better..
