Hi I was on my site today and all of a sudden the traffic just went up and I was using a free hosting with allegedly "unlimited" hosting but today I got a message that I had exceeded the cpu bandwidth now what I want is a good host in Nigeria or outside that provides full hosting I.e

-FTP
-CPANEL
- and I want to transfer my site over, foreign host "hostgator" can do that for you but I can't verify my site cause I do not have a passport or drivers license (don't know if national ID card will work for them)
-at least 98% Uptime very important

I have a site that requires uploading to ftpand editing core files so I need these features

And please no referral so you can earn if you are sure it has this features please add a site that is hosting, I can check but I want live reviews

Trudigits is yearly and I don't like yearly plan although I must say it is very cheap at 3,500 a year

try www.ihostnigeria.com they have 99% uptime.
