boldx:with all due respect sir , I believe you shouldn't have sounded dictative when you wrote ur post,especially when you mentioned FEE,especially because you mentioned and emphasized the following "expert","intensive","photoshop","corel draw", I believe even though u have a budget , dis are industry standard software and not easily taught and to be honest that price tag is way too small, I am speaking for the professionals here, I don't mean to sound rude or inconsiderate, I hope u accept my apology if you feel bad.
