Money laundering is seen by bankers as one of easiest ways of making cool money. Most launderings go undetected. And this seemed to be their 'one cool finish'- once executed, never will they work again!! But you know, 99 days for the thief...

Criminals in Nigeria are finally getting the heat. Just need to review the law and put 25years-life for money laundering and corruption related offences. We shall take back our country from this thieves
We need convictions. 'Criminals' were also facing litigation during previous administrations.

Baba...Ur presence dey sweet us. Unlike one Otueke cankerworm DAT milked us dry.
During the reign of the Otuoke 'cankerworm', highly placed individuals were also dragged to court. What's the difference now. Any court conviction, aside 'conviction on nairaland'.

I terrible crave court convictions for those who helped to pauperize Nigerians amidst plenty. Real convictions, not 18 months jail term or N75,000,000 fine option for one who stole billions.

Make una take am easy nah. Did u even bother to read well? N1.9m only?
I guess it is just one aggrieved customer who feels his/her funds transfer was not done appropriately. They will settle it. It is not a big deal. Big deals are the issues banks have with CBN infractions.

This is small . . . they are all doing it! It's no rocket science.

Who won't? When you can make as much as N30-N50 on each dollar?

This is what the CBN and FG has allowed.
