BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Job description
The Business Development Specialist Intern is responsible for the supervision and coordination of business development activity and reports to the management of A.N.T Plus Consults. The BDS will closely monitoring the market, the client’s requirement and the overall activity, trends and regulations in Nigeria, the BDS will gain and maintain an accurate knowledge of market trends and opportunities in the Region. The BDS will be responsible for building close relationships with existing and new clients. In addition the BDS will be responsible for maintaining detailed knowledge on local and international rules and regulations concerning Nigeria Immigration & Expatriate documentations as well as Nigerian tendering portals.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Business Development
- Prepare accurate documentation of expatriate details
- Keep a track record & close monitoring of all expatriate details
- Review potential strategic acquisition or alliance to grow the business.
- Act as the direct contact with clients
- Assist the Business Development Manager in setting out a marketing strategy and business objectives.
- Evaluate market trends in the industry, including prices, new technology.
- Monitor competition and stimulate competition activity tracking.
- Review registration of Clients Company to enable them to carry out business.
- Undertake research and build up client profile.
- Identify new potential clients and stakeholders.
- Development of a customer relationships management system.

Requirements
- At least an OND, HND, BSC or current youth corper.
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools
- 0-3 years’ experience.
- Must have a strong communication skill
- Good use of English Language
- Entrepreneurial mind-set, team player, motivator, bridging cultural differences
- Living in Lagos

Working Hours: Monday-Friday; 8.30am-5.30pm
Some Saturdays if required


N.B: Monthly remuneration is Thirty Thousand Naira Only and will increase over-time due to performance
