Going by the info u just got about the form being out.
PLEASE be calm and chill.
Do not rush to UNILAG yet until u see confirmed news about the sale of form on the university of Lagos official site @ www.unilag.edu.ng

Yea, its not on the school website but just generated payment advice for my sis and gf. I also notice one can pay online but am still gonna chill and wait for official pronouncement from the official website.

I think your govt. is a related subject but the rest u have is biology(general subject) and CRS(I guess that's art) that was the reason I said if u have commerce,it could have been better.I'm not categorically saying "you can't use the O'level result" don't get me wrong this is just my opinion but if u can wait a while for "ibandanfinest" to attend to u cos that's his faculty.He will attend to u soon.

I just downloaded the admission requirement from the school's website and this is the o'level requirement for bus admin

Five O\Level credit in English, Mathematics, Economics, and any two (2) subjects from Arts, Science and Social Sciences
