Eloquent Touch Media is an experienced Company in the ICT/Media Industry with major focus on branding, website development, IT training/Education, Publishing, printing, and digital marketing, among other businesses. The firm is located in Ikeja-Lagos

As a result of our Corporate Transformation Strategy that will lead to rapid growth and expansion, we seek to recruit passionate, competent, committed and result-oriented person to fill the following position:

Website Designer & Project Manager
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create websites for clients via wordpress, Magento and other web development platforms
• Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
• Interface with clients to understand the web presence needs and translate this to the design and construction of the websites.
• Preparing quotes, proposals, presentations on website design
• Supervise other web designers and ensure they design to specification and meet deadlines
• Manage and maintain the company’s website and align web presence with company’s brand strategy.
• Work with a wide range of media, including photoshop, fireworks or equivalent application(s).
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media

Requirements:
• First degree with a minimum of 2 years experience
• Sound knowledge on several content management (DRUPAL, WORDPRESS, JOOMLA, Adobe dreamweaver, HTML 5)
• Strong entrepreneurial skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• People and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Graphic Designer and Project Manager
Responsibilities
• Meeting clients to discuss the scope of a project;
• Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose;
• Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients;
• Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research;
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
• Manage other website designers in the team, supervising and setting time lines
• Determine the message the design should portray.
• Create images that identify a product or convey a message.
• Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
• Select colors, images, text style, and layout.
• Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients;
• Working with a wide range of media, including photography, web, and print;
• Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
• Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
• Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches;
• Working on layouts and art working pages ready for print;

Requirements
• First degree or its equivalent with
• A minimum of 2 years experience in similar role
• The ability to communicate with clients and deliver presentations;
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• Good in using photo shop, corel draw, microsoft pulisher, power point
• Good writing and communication skill
• Must be able to work without supervision
• Must be a good team player
• Very creative




Customer Care/Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Attend to visitors and direct them to relevant officer to attend to their needs
• Provide both secretarial and receptionist services by monitoring and operating computer work, typing, filing, receiving visitors, answering calls, opening and directing official mail.
• keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• record details of actions taken
• prepare and distribute customer activity reports
• maintain customer databases
• communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• follow up on customer interactions
• provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of OND in a relevant field
• Minimum of at least 3 years experience
• Good communication skills

Digital Marketing Executive
Responsibilities
• Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
• Devising highly scalable strategies to drive online traffic to merchant websites
• Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website
• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
• Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
• Overseeing the social media strategy for the company
• Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
• Managing the redesign of the company website
• Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
• Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of digital marketing
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

Skills and Requirements
• Dynamism, intelligence and an ability to learn fast
• Passion, ability to commit to a long term vision and to work long hours to achieve success
• Experience in managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
• Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing and social media

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of one year working experience within the ecommerce platform
• High degree of IT literacy
