I've been alarmed by this development for years. The former governor built these hitherto fashionable bus stops. They used to be clean, decent. As the culture with Nigeria is, they weren't maintained. They later became very dirty, and started attracting people with mental disorders. Me tally disorders people are naturally drawn towards unkempt places. I believe the current administration will do something about this ugly situation. We should have institutions taking care of such people. Our society must seek to help people- especially those who can't help themselves. |
