He made this comment in response to a question on the Niger Delta, how he would manage, the amnesty programme, bunkering and inclusive development. So his answer was indeed one kind. Buhari is now in a democratic setting and anywhere in the world a politician has to be carefull what he says because it can and will be used against him. It is even worse now because the of the Internet, even if he could muzzle the press,information is now at people's finger tips and open to different interpretations.
