Mumu like you. Our people can be found in sizable numbers Canada, U.S, U.K, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Holland, Germany, France, Belgium, Brazil, e.t.c. for a purpose. We migrate mainly to countries that have more to offer us than their own region, in terms of development, exposure and education. We have virtually written off the SE simply coz there's absolutely nothing there for us -- afterall it's the SE folks that flock to our own region in droves. I was in Ogbomosho last weekend and was surprised at the number of Igbos I found there selling recharge cards and stuff like that. Yoruba influence spreads beyond Nigeria -- the current President of Benin Republic is Yoruba, we have Yoruba language spoken in Cuba, Brazil, U.S.A. That was why I stated in my earlier post that Yorubas generally migrate for a purpose. Unlike the yee.bos who just travel without a game plan/'to hustle' (a lot of them would be better off remaining in the East sef than going abroad a lot of times), and then they end up having to resort to crimes like trafficking to survive abroad.
