A few questions under what condition does this happen
Dogs wet them selves when intimidated or scared or very very excited. if non of this conditions were present then you should see a vet. Also as Mujeedah650 said you may need to train her if she is not trained.

Most of people condemning dogs never own a better ones. @OP, is this a regular issue or it happens when the dog get excited or scared?
