I live a life of constipation.

You may also take TUMS every night before bedtime. And a small quantity of food anytime you eat.

Also, ginger, lemon, and herbal tea. Cook them all together on low heat. And a teaspoon of honey(optional).

First and foremost what is Constipation?

As the body digests the food we eat, nutrients and water absorbed through the body’s digestive process. The leftover solid waste becomes stool, usually referred to as sh*t or poo. Then, muscle contractions in the intestines push the stool through the colon, before exiting the body out of the rectum.

Typically, stool should move easily and naturally through and out of the body.

Basically constipation simply means when you find it hard to pass out very hard Stools {poo}

Most times when you force the stools out, you end up having anal fissure (tear in the anus)

FOR FAST RELIEVE OF CONSTIPATION

Take 1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of lemon juice (optional)
Directions
In the morning consume one tablespoon of olive oil. It works best on an empty stomach, so have it before you eat anything else. If you forget, wait until later when you haven’t eaten for a while. You can mix it with a little bit of lemon juice if you like to lighten the flavor (lemon juice also acts as a natural aid for constipation.)

Fresh lemon also works.
Directions
Squeeze the juice of one lemon into a cup of warm water.
Drink or sip until finished completely.

Take food rich in fibre
Fibre is extremely good for the body system , and it also helps in over coming constipation.
Eat lots of Fibre meal
Example
-Beans
-Apricots
-Whole grain bread
-Berries
-Broccoli
-Plums, pears, and apples
-nuts
-Potatoes (skip the frying)

FINALLY.
Do lots of sports and exercise
Sports and Exercise helps in digisting and breaking down food in the stomach

biscuit does not cause constipation because most of them contain fibre.
Having water poo can be caused by your body's reaction to certain foods, like me i purge alot when i take too much sweetine things.
Some preservatives also cause it.
Like the ones in beans, thats why its advisable to wash your beans well before cooking

Drink plenty water, and thereafter, a mild exercise in the morning before eating.

Just take 2or3 spoons of castor oil or liquid paraphine
The apply some in and around the anus wearing a glove use your hand to remove the hard stool. The rest will follow once the hard stool is out.

what of eating fibre active biscuit? going by the name of the biscuit, it should contain fibre!
