I believe what Oshiomole said.

Oshiomwhole has always been a tout. He was born and raised in poverty, suffers inferiority complex, hence he believes it is America to tell him who stole money in Nigeria.

He talks like an impoverished fellow.

The court made him a governor yet he can't join the club of butter-raised people.
