You will get 3 years of usage out of it. And yes you can use it as a power bank to light your house, it will power your TV, fans, lights, laptop and decoder. Just don't use you pressing iron and fridge on them unless they have a low power ratings

I mean wen fully charged, how long dose it last on bulbs and other stuff apart from fridge and iron

With 4 energy bulbs of 30w each, 1 ceiling fan of 50w, a flat screen TV of 40w, 1 Dstv decoder of about 25w. A single Storace battery will last anywhere around 4hrs to 4.5hrs, with all the aforementioned appliances on.
