Hey guys, goodday!
If there's anything I hate in my life, its cartarrh. As am writing this, my nose is blocked. I have tried using my inhaler, I even bought one drug and its not helping.. Am so uncomfortable.
Does anyone have an idea of anything I can use to free my nasal cavity? Abeg..

Go and do steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil

Get actifed tabs

Take plenty of warm fluids

Ask pharmacist for panadol cold and catarrh.
If you are going to work, just pray. It will make u so drowsy.

use otrivin nasal drop. if symptoms persist use 'utaba' (snuff) and if d symptoms still persist grab aboniki balm and rub.
