I stumbled on this photo and it had me drooling immediately and thinking of the things we do for the love of food. Wait, why did I never think of this? What better way to enjoy boli than garnished with this delicious looking assortment of stir fried veggies and peppers (and maybe even some protein additions!)

Bet dis is somewere in akwa ibom or calabar rite? I ate somuch of dis wen I travelled hom to uyo in feb,very nice
